The EDI is an Electro-Chemical process involving ion- exchange resin as well as electricity, in order to  continuously purify the feed water with continuous  regeneration.   How it works?  The EDI machine consists of several stacks assembled  together in parallel. The mixed bed ion-exchange resin will remove Cations and  Anions from the incoming water and generate ultrapure  water.
